Cell-C Fibre (Peering Possible Broken)

Is anyone else is on Cell-C Fibre and having issues connecting to local sites? I think peering may be severly broken somewhere. All international is working 100% fine - local peering to Neotel and sites like news24.co.za are down.

Edit: Looks like everything that is going via NapAfrica CT is being dropped to/from CellC - traffic via NapAfrica JHB seems unaffected

Edit: 9:48am - Routing from rc0.ixp.capetown is now resolved
