Cell C Internet bundle renewal confusion.

I have the 5 Gig promo @ R299.

The contract ends in December, we got a call from Cell C and were asked if we would like to renew our contract, we declined. Now this month I did NOT receive my 5 Gigs, has the contract been cancelled or something? I did not pay and cancellation fees nor was I asked to.

I checked my account online and it has been changed to prepaid with easychat and R0.00 balance. :confused:
