cell c LTE slow

So having a issue here

i got my LTE sim from cell c. with a giga 200 package.

day one i did the speed test got over 20mb download... few hours later died and went to 7mb.

never has it ever been back up again. anyone know if its just me or is this everyones issue. I dont see why i got that speed once and never again. its been months. nobody gets back to me via social media or emails.

A while back i had some one here unrestrict my sim for gaming, but they dont email me back anymore either.
i have full coverage on the site when check address.

It's weird. I have a cell c 200gb anytime Sim in my huawei B315 router. It shows 3/5 bars signal strength and says "4G" yet the speeds are barely able to stream a video. Running speedtests and the thing maxes out at like 2mb even though it has never dropped off the 4G
 
Slow LTE

Hi, I also have a LTE data bundle and it’s very slow, max. 500 kB/sec.

Any ideas how to solve the problem?

Yup. You are not alone. I have been tracking this for many months now. Recharge, and the speed is up (and doesn't matter what time of day)... for a few hours, never to return... that is, until the next recharge. This is a pretty consistent occurrence.

Don't expect a useful reply or response from Cell C. I'm still waiting for an emailed response to my queries on mybb since the 12th!
