So my business cell has been stolen and the sim is currently registered under the previous owner. He has since been bought out of the business, but we still have all his details for such instances.
I have currently blocked the sim but am attempting a sim swap.
Urgently need this done as we are losing customers daily but cell c reps are absolutely no help.
Doesn't help also that I am about clueless about these things.
Anyone have any suggestions on how I can get this done?

Dear tyshapillay,

Thank you for contacting us regarding your SIM swap request.
Kindly receive our apologies for the unpleasant experience you have had with us thus far. Please be advised that a SIM swap can only be done after the account holder has been verified successfully. In this case, we will not be able to assist you as you are not the registered account holder; a business process needs to be followed.

We recommend that you contact the Company that registered the SIM card and request that they initiate a transfer of ownership through Cell C Business Department. They can also send the SIM swap request on your behalf before or while the transfer of ownership request is being processed.

Regards,
^TN
