Cell c SMTP Server

Hi

Anyone having problems with the Cell c SMTP server (using mail.cmobile.co.za port 25).

ping mail.cmobile.co.za

Pinging mta0.cmobile.co.za [196.38.218.30] with 32 bytes of data:

Request timed out.
Request timed out.
Request timed out.
Request timed out.

Ping statistics for 196.38.218.30:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 0, Lost = 4 (100% loss),

Have been using this setting (given by cellc helpdesk) since the beginning & it always worked

I can't send emails since yesterday evening. Receiving mail & browsing the web works fine.

Tested using another SMTP server & email goes through.

Called cellc helpdesk on 140

Other calls have been received for the same problem.

Got call ref 111214 . Unable to supply global ref yet.

Can ping & send now
