Cell C Speed Test Results

Not CELL C related but I hope one day this is possible with LTE :)

dude, go google "LTE speed test" and also search for that on youtube, I've seen some footage of guys getting very close to that....

Big question to ask is: when we do get LTE one day, HOW MUCH WILL IT COST??? :-)

We wont be able to afford LTE and maybe all the traffic will be going to the SK project. :P
Too overpriced LTE in South Africa - we will have to relocote to America - I have seen videos of LTE back in 2007/8 --- where a small city had LTE set up, the dude was in a car - while the driver was driving, he made a skype call with video without 1 drop in connection and also downloaded a few content. I was like freaking shocked - I hope 4G will be affordable at R2000 uncapped, unthrottle :P

Down in Soweto RSSI reading -83 dBm
Base Stations CELL ID - 15212
Seems all the test I done with similar RSSI levels have the same speed more or less

Was unable to do a speedtest early in the evening, had extreme difficulties in sending SMS'es, but in the wee-wee hours of the morning it got restored. Probably a tower that was down or something like that.

Not good, but still usable.
