My E1820 seldom gives me more than 3 mbit/sec

I've even tested at 05h45 one morning.
Upload also very slow.

Now let's see. 100 MB = 800 Mbits. At 4Mbits/s it will take 200 seconds - that still too long for you? Unless you're saying it is way off 21Mb/s.

ajax is talking about uploading 100 MB at 15.5 kB/s. It will take 1.8 hours.
