Last night was hopeless, this morning is just plain lousy.

Test conducted on 21 June 2011 07:30:11
Download Speed: 1284 kbps (160.5 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 113 kbps (14.1 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 111 ms

Edit: thought I'd check again later in case it improved
Test conducted on 21 June 2011 08:12:20
Download Speed: 1393 kbps (174.1 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 37 kbps (4.6 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 129 ms

CellC suppport, please check your PMs. I've got email attachments to send and it's just not working.

after having many hassles last month, my Cell C has been very stable this month and whoooooshing - thanks Armando!
 
This is why I cannot rely on Cell C :

Test Date: Jun 24, 2011 10:53:26 am
Connection Type: Wifi
Server: Johannesburg
Download: 68 kbps
Upload: 53 kbps
Ping: 523 ms

This is in Illovo - yesterday I got 3.5mbps download !!!

I got the bundles hoping to get rid of ADSL, but there is just no way that I can do this - so it was a waste of money!

Cell C results with the FAST one! The canary speed. Their eagle must have died. :)

Tried to upload image, to slooooww, would not upload!
Was at Cell C to complain, they themselves only have Edge speed!! The pages would not open.
