Cell C takes on Vodacom with new data special

It is only data if YOU CAN USE IT!
Why carry on selling access to something that they can or will not deliver?

24 month contract? No thanks. I'd rather pay the extra R46 for Afrihost's data and have it month to month...for now.

I have the same problem the cellC network at midday in durban central is unusable .

Another CONtract. Work on prepaid then let us know. Its a good marketing strategy these cellular companies have to bring in leads. How much do they actually make from OOB..

Such money making scams by keeping prepaid prices sky high forcing people into these "cheaper" choices.

I have a cellc giga contract on topup, no OOB and I can cancel if I give 30days notice since it is sim only.

Afrihost month to month for R46 more is a way better deal considering MTN's network is way superior in good coverage areas. This smacks of a direct rival offering to the Afrihost deal though...

I would pay the vodacom "premium" price any day over the non-data delivery of cell-c.
The Vodacom network really is great in terms of coverage and reliable downloads no matter where you are.

Luckily for me I have great coverage at work and home, Centurion.

Quite a nice deal. But I would only use it in PE, I get really bad signal when im in East London (Vincent)

My Cell C is rubbish all over EL so I hear you and even though I ported my voice line to them for the S4 deal, I will NOT touch Cell C for data until they fix their problems......
