Cell C to upgrade systems this weekend

I just ran into the exact same issue... Would love an update from cell c on this one, because I've got work to do!
 
Same issue. Tried calling the "Help Desk" and after holding for 15 minutes was told that because they are using a new system, they cannot transfer me to the technical department, and I should try again tomorrow! WTF???
 
Think they fell asleep while doing the new system update.
Maybe someone will wake them at 8am when the boss arrives.
 
Anyone else having an issue using their CellC internet access this morning my dongle signal is full but can't connect to the internet? Randburg area.
 
I had the same issue. Seems to be working fine as of 08:30. It looks like they have reset my data so that I have a full 5 gigs left instead of the 4.2 I had before they started the upgrade.
 
Same problems here, with 2gb and 5gb package, and no option to speak to a technical person on their 140 number.:mad:
 
I went to the CellC office in Brackenfell at 12pm today:
1. No I can't buy top up airtime (I mean seriously, WTH)
2. No I can't query why I can't send SMS's
3. No I can't change my package
4. No I can't cancel my contract and go to 8ta
So I have the phone, I have the package, I'm paying the dough, but it sure doesn't matter 'cos I can't use it.

CellC would be excellent, if they didn't suck so bad.
 
When will cell c be available? I want to upgrade my phone but they say system is offline :(
