Cell-C Wi-Fi Calling

I am Turning to the Mybroadband community for advice because cellc service center cant help trying to get my wi-fi calling working on new phone from new device i received from cell-c "zte-nubia red magic 6r" Was told to purchase wi-fi calling bundle, I cant find where to buy it on the ussd or the app and all the info i find is incorrect
"Purchase a Wi-Fi Calling bundle that offers an unlimited calling and SMSing experience when you are on Wi-Fi. Simply dial *147# and select option 4 to purchase"

Can somebody please advice

 
You do not have to purchase a wifi-calling bundle.

You need to ensure your sim has been provisioned for wifi-calling.

You can call the Cell C helpline and ask them to provision / activate it for you, or you can activate it by using the *147# USSD menu.

It can be found under the My Account -> Info -> Settings -> Wifi-Calling in the USSD menu.

I'm facing the same issue, Cannot resolve it today. Was working perfectly fine for many years. Im now looking to forums to see for any fixes.
