Cell C's Customer Helpline - Poor Poor Experience

To the powers that be at Cell_C...

I've been struggling with no throughput problems for over 2 months now and tried all methods of reporting it : e-mail, reporting in on the problems thread of this forum, going to the Cell_c store where I bought it and, today, trying the helpline again.

My experience of helpline:
-Noah blah blah
-'Enter you ten digit cell c number...'so we can recover your account details'' NB this-dutifully done....
-You entered 1 2 3 4 blah blah press one to confirm
-after two minutes communicating in English we now get the option of press 1 for english, 2 for Sotho etc...!
-press 1
-more options....
-press 9
-'our call centre is experiencing high call volumes....'
-Tebogo answers...listens to complaint of no throughput...
-'aah...can u give me your cell_C number?'
-'Wtf, I already typed it in so you could 'get my details'...! Doesn't it show to you?'
-'No.'
-Why doesn't this suprise me....
-'ok, what can you do to help with my problem'
-'aah ... need to check with technical '
-holding music for FIFTEEN MINUTES. NO ANSWER OR REVERSION TO HELP DESK.
-Try again, same process, can't transfer me to Tebogo. Again 'transferred' to 'technical'. Hang up after 5 minutes of cell c music.
-Can't even get a friggin reference number after 25minutes of trying...

Guys, u are getting close to Home Affairs levels of operation.

Use this feedback, don't use it. I don't really care anymore. Once I can afford a better option (as I have to pay again for the service I paid Cell_C for) I'm going to grind up your "speed"stick and SIM and post it to your lovely Sandton office. Won't solve the problem but might make me feel a bit better!

But if anyone asks my opinion of Cell_C, u know exactly what I am going to tell them.

Am I just unlucky with Cell_C or is this how the rest of you get treated?
