Cellc sim card stopped working

@Cell_C my SIM card stopped working around mid of October even tho I had been using it. I think my sim card may have been deactivated judging from all the symptoms, it no longer has signal and goes straight to voicemail. Is there anyway you can assist me in getting the number back. As it is connected to many things of mine and is also used in numerous two-step verifications and as a result I am blocked from accessing certain services. Can you help?

To assist further, may you please share the Cell C number affected? Also, have you tested the SIM card in a different device to check if the issue persists?
