CellC Fixed Wireless LTE-Afrihost

Hi, need advise on the following. I took out a CellC Fixed wireless LTE package with Afrihost.Been experiencing absolute snail pace speeds, Complained about it tweeted to Cell C and Afrihost for the past 3 and half months. CellC and Afrihost were very negative in their response. Even emails and tweets to Gian Visser CEO of Afrihost proved fruitless. Eventually told that if i am not satisfied i should leave and join another ISP. Please can someone advise. Thanks

This sounds really odd. We don't normally recommend our clients to find alternatives.

I am more than willing to help you as there might have been something that we have missed in the troubleshooting process. Please send me a PM with your information and a little bit of background regarding the issue and I am sure we will be able to get down to the bottom of this for you.
 
I also seem to be having an issue with my Fixed Wireless, which was bought in December. I've changed the APN settings to those of Afrihost, the light on the router is blue, the signal bars are full but I can't use the internet. I can't even run a Speedtest. The strange thing is that I can use Facebook, YouTube and Instagram, but only when opened through their apps on my phone. Is anyone experiencing similar issues?
