No, everyone is eqaul before the law on a individual level. Irrespective of how nice of a tan you have. If you are innocent you are innocent. You just have to realise the police have a job to do and not take it personally.

So a black person should have a disproportionate number of encounters with the police, suffer the stigma of being a potential criminal, and have greater chance of being shot all because of the actions of other people? You really are a piece of work.

It is called pattern recognition. A crucial human survival tool. Humans are pretty good at it and we are not stupid, relatively speaking. Lions kill people? Well we will sort them out as a collective. Shame you say why punish them all for the actions of a few? Well, because it works.

Who knows why the stats say blacks in America commit proportionaly more crime or Asians commit proportionally less crime or men commit more violent crimes etc.

But the patterns exist and humans recognize them and act accordingly because we are not stupid, relatively speaking.

I think even the black policemen will honestly tell you about the problems they have with the hoodrats as they call them, they are not picking on black people. In bad areas they have more patrols due to higher crime rates and in those areas more people get shot. I have a mate in NC, he and his wife do a lot of community work for the poor, they also host events for the police in an outreach program. The police makeup is diverse and one of his most respected mates is a black cop, the stories that guy will tell you will make you realise how bad things are, yes black people get more attention from the cops for a reason. That said yes there are also fsckedup instances of police going bad, most recent example that biatch shooting her neighbour in his own apartment for example.

That's actually very difficult to do due to chronic under reporting by SAPS, with areas of high crime probably having a higher disproportion in regards to it.

And then by percentage of population, do you take it by percentage overall, or percentage in the age group of ~12-40 where probably most violent crime is committed, or 12-30 as that's probably higher? Or should we go with males only? Because there is way higher black population growth than white. I did link the Wiki Table with breakdown from the census here: https://mybroadband.co.za/forum/thr...stricter-in-south-africa.979203/post-22177659 whites go from aout 6.8% in 20-24, to 5.6% of 0-5, while blacks go 9.6% to 10.8%. That's quite a difference.

I did not make any statements of fact, just presented the evidence as it is. People can do with it as they please.
