If physiology will win anyway then what's the problem with removing stereotypes/stigmas that discourage people from certain careers?

It's the same amongst the conservative whites (mostly Afrikaner). I lived in a small industrial town and these were general perceptions held. Male nurses and orderlies at my employer were looked at with a bit of disdain as their work was considered female whereas fitting and related trades were seen as manly.

Even chemists and assayers didn't command much respect amongst the conservatives.

Black people are more likely to be criminals. Police should focus more on the criminals. The stereotype works.
