Hello,
Here is a little post to help me waiting : I had FTTH from Metrofiber for almost 2 years with TITC as ISP and due non-existant customer service for what I'm concerned, I've decided to switch to Cool Ideas, still Metrofiber and same "speed". End of January, TITC has been informed that I wanted my contract to stop on 28th February. Box was given back on 28th. And since then: I'm waiting, and waiting. CI says they still can't get control over my line (what I absolutely believe) but, really ? Metrofiber, 20 days ? what's so difficult ? Anyone else to share experience ?
[edit] 27/03 Few days ago, CISP advised me to contact Metrofiber to release the line. Didn't receive an answer. So I decided to cancel my request. Now I sit without FTTH but at least I know why. Unfortunately there is no other alternative in my complex for now. Too bad !
