Seriously though, I think you cheating and him accepting you regardless, is part of why you're so enamored with him. You realize he cares enough to put caution to the wind.

I wont deny the possibility that you are right, but in the last 2 years we have been to hell and back together and while things can be a bit shaky at times, I love him now more than ever. Accepting me as I am may have started the ball rolling but I can say with 100% confidence that it has grown into something in a completely different league.

*gooey mooshy girly moment*

we don't need staints here please. I'm not saying i going to cheat next week or whenever. I'm just saying that when you work with nice woman it does cross your mind. I have been dating my woman for close to 2 years now and i have never cheated... You can look at the menu, as long as you don't put in an order ;)

True you can look at the other menu as long as you open with your girlfriend...

I break up with the g/f so I don't have to cheat...;)
Pretty much what I told my current girlfriend from the get go. I'd sooner break up with her before anything happened.

All your ex r belong to us!

Seriously though, there's talk of looking at the menu but not ordering etc. I'm not afforded that luxury. I was even blasted once when the GF found urls in my browser history of pics of some or other woman - sent to me by a mate via email. I'm still reminded of that....9...10 months later. You know, the usual bring-stuff-up-from-years-ago-during-an-argument scenario. Little bit harsh if you ask me (the dirty whoremonger I am.)

Still, I've never cheated - even though I'm sometimes treated as though I have. Nice, hey?

There should be trust between people in a relationship .

People should be given the opportunity to go out with their friends / have friends of of the opposite sex etc,

Flanders, if she is so insecure then she needs to sort that out....

A little jealousy is nice, but that really is a bit much...

That makes you wonder - Who is standing behind the door if it's not you?

The answer's simple. Just don't stand for it! I don't. You set yourself up for these things if you give her the power to do sh*t like that early in the relationship. You are tested from the beginning to see what you'll allow and what you won't and if you allow something, it means they can do it at any time without repercussions. That doesn't mean they knowingly try to get the better of you by testing your limits. It's just part of their DNA. Nothing wrong with it but you have to be able to stand your ground and not be trampled like a pansy.

Thing is, I don't stand for it and that's why we have such bad fights sometimes. I don't budge and neither does she...after 3 1/2 years! I tell you something, it breeds resentment like nothing else. Then there are the good days...:D

That's exactly the point - if I feel compelled to cheat, then I know there's an issue and she's probably not right for me in the first place...;)

Please... it takes a lot for a man to say no...

Men and woman can be friends as long as the woman wants the friendship. But when the woman says she wants more, a gentlemen will give her more;)

When the One head starts to think, then the other stops thinking becuase a mans body was designed in such a way that Blood flows in one direction:).

BS. It's thanks to this neanderthal mentality that we have to deal with femnazis :(

If a man cheats, he's a pig. If a woman cheats, her man is still a pig, because everyone else will assume he's not giving her attention. The thing is, once a woman gets 'attention' form someone else, she doesn't want it from her partner anymore. And if a man gets upset because his girlfriend/wife doesn't want to give him any, he's a perv.

I feel sorry for your girlfriend, hopefully she recognises what a selfish person you are and stops wasting her time.
