Hi Guys

Don't know if this has been posted, but check this article on ITweb.

I suggest if you're in a similiar boat, you offer this guy some support - I think its time MTN learn a lesson for their complete lack of service and delivery.

MTN have really put the cherry on the top this time. You'd think they can't screw up any more than they already have and BOOM BAM, they hit a new all time low!

I hope these guys get MTN to suck it!
 
ICASA has informed MTN to answer to my query at the latest Friday 29. Failing so, the will report them to CCC.and they will take action. They have not done so as today is Friday and I have not received feedback.
Will join the applicant in his class action.

Excellent. I mailed the guy. Let's see what he says.

I spoke to MTNSP this morning to "follow up" on my latest inquiry. Apparently it is still at the "Billing" section and takes a minimum of 3 weeks to get an answer. But while I am waiting, they will cut all of my 4 lines before next Friday if no payment is received.
 
Yip - sounds about right with regards to MTN service.

We **** up - you pay - don't like it - deal with it.
 
It is not just on the data side that the fsck up the billing....

Wonder if I can join the class action as they have repeatedly screwed up my normal phone bill.

The possible class action that Benzi started seems to have petered out, but we are not ready to give up a fight.

I've teamed up with some other people that were also affected.

If you have MTN data billing problems please join is in this class action.
