Classifieds Section Changes

It'll hopefully give more confidence in buying from the classifieds too.
 
Nice chances rpm :) what will happen though if a scammer gets those 50 posts and 3 months of membership and then starts spamming the classifieds? Should there not maybe be a warning system in place where like if he gets 3 warnings he will either lose all his posts or perhaps be banned from the classified section for a period of time?

If someone can show it is a spammer or scammer they will simply be banned - period. We are trying to create a cool place for MyBB members to trade - so whatever we can do to make it better we will try to implement (not always so easy as we have to work with various CMSs).
 
Brilliant, now i cant advertise the fact that i want to trade my iphone for a blackberry and i went and did it in another section on mybroadband and the topic got locked... wow thanks to the spammers and scammers i gotta post to fifty posts before i can advertise a genuine product.. look at my join date not even that helps.... so do i post tripe and onions till i get to fifty posts or do i post meaningfull things. seeing as how most of my questions are answered when i do a search i dont need to post to ask questions
 
Start a thread and see if you can count to twenty before someone else posts in it.
