Clevo Laptop Bios issue

Hi.
I have a Clevo Laptop W258cz and am looking for a Bios file.
I have looked on the Clevo site and there isn't one.
Where can I get?

The reason being that on switch on the power light glows and the HDD light flashes but no POST just a black screen.
I have replaced HDD and also tried to boot without battery but it still does it. I have also removed BIOS battery to reset.
After numerous attempts it will boot normally then works perfectly so I am thinking it could be a BIOS issue.

Not sure how you'd flash a new BIOS if you can't POST.

Could also be a motherboard problem. I had an old PC which did something similar but it turns out the motherboard was dying.

If it boots sometimes then it's not a bios issue. Either power or motherboard.
