ClientZone - Not getting OTP

I'm trying to log into the ClientZone but it's asking me for an OTP and it just never arrives.

Is there currently a problem with the service or is it something on my end?

Is there a way to rather use email for the OTP?
 
You should be getting an OTP unless your number has changed.

Please pm me your Name, Surname, Email, ID and Cellphone number for me to be able to send you a Manual OTP via email. :)
