Connection probs ?

Got disconnected at 19:45 (for the nTH time today). Dialer now keeps on returning "userid/password invalid in domain" . Any1 else ?

Bay of Plenty(12) disconnects me every 10 to 15 minutes.
Been doing this for two weeks.
I've also given up with the helpdesk as (with the exception of Kallie),
they are useless!

Oh I must add - I was quite impressed by sentech helpdesk tonight. OK I did sit on hold for 10 minutes but the guy that answered the phone told me immediately what the problem was, he asked for my number (I thought it was a waste to give it to him but did) and when the problem was resolved he actually phoned me to tell me to connect now. I was so shocked was just waiting for a lightning bolt to strike next to me. or maybe this is ust a new techie that is keen to do his job properly.
