Yeah and people laugh when I tell them I'm sticking with the first ISP to have provided me with 384k ADSL - because they're still here and answering their phones!

Nothing against Supersonic, sounds like they're doing well.

Though I'm taking my chances with an established ISP.

Trick is to not get too comfortable - thats how you become established!
