So I should be getting 200mbps speeds..? Or is the promotion only valid for lines that were active before the promotion started..?

I was on 50/50 before I moved house and was upped to 100/100 as part of the promo.. when I recently moved though, i ordered the 100/100 as I enjoyed the extra speeds and I am just getting 100/100, so just curious if this applies only to existing lines..
It should, does your router support 1Gbps?

Entire complex down. Based on the post above, seems to be a wider area that is impacted?

Very frustrating, at least once a month internet drops with SADV

Seems to be resolved now... guessing Vuma/SADV will never get reasons.. anyway thanks for the help.
I'll be back next month when the line drops again ...

Thanks, @PBCool. Do you have any word if it's an option for customers to keep the higher line speeds by paying a higher subscription?
Yes upgrades have always been an option, not sure I understand your question?
 
Looks like international connectivity is completely dead for me - Frogfoot, Parklands.

Since yesterday eve, 25 June, I've been experiencing connectivity issues. Last night around 7pm, if I remember correctly, the internet died momentarily and now today again at ~12:15. It seems like the router reestablishes the PPPoE session.

Are you aware of any issues in Bellville, OpenServe?
 
@SandMan I've been experiencing that exact issue over the last week and half, not everyday though, well not that I'm aware of, but it's literally just for a minute where everything is dead and then it comes back up. Never had it more than once a day I think.
