No known outages on SADV, please log as normal.
Done. The usual troubleshooting, reboot etc. didn't work. Went down about 15 minutes ago.

Also, Please could you guys get rid of all that stuff blocking the fields to the forms on your site? It really gets in the way...

Yeah mobile, but think I saw it on desktop too.

Line is still dead. Can you please check for me? I don't want to wait until 8am for support to get back to me. This is when I do my gaming. Thanks...

Yeah but on the full site it's not an issue right, saying only on mobile it's an issue?

We have no ability to check lines from SADV, there are no issues on our side. So will have to wait for SADV support anyway.

Signed up Saturday night, been having an awesome internet experience since then. Even the news server works! There are a lot of familiar names in this thread...

Just giving PBCool a bit of a rev :)

Edit: He knows I will be the worst customer if service is not up to scratch..

PBCool I'll pay good money to have splinter's ip somehow blocked from mybb in some weird unsolvable way

I have a brand new Vumatel installation with WA account.

The internet sucks and they're playing the blame game on a 2 week old installation.

Noob question: can I "test" a Cool Ideas account on my router and will a Cool Ideas acount run on a Vumatel backbone?

Looks like Vumatel trenched.

Hop 2 is on the Vumatel network before it hits the ISPs network at hop 3. There is a chance there is something wrong with your line or the port from your router to the ONT.

I would still suggest moving to CISP and then have CISP support work with Vumatel to sort out your issue. Alternatively you can try the WA support and get the line issue sorted.
