What latency should I expect to North America and Brazil on this new SACS cable? Because running a Speedtest I see no difference in latency at all.

It looks like they've disabled the route again. I'm back to pulling my twitch content from France.

i'm starting to miss my ADSL line.
it might not have been fast, but my uptime was far superior

i'm going to keep running stats on my downtime since September and post an update each time i'm down.
so far i've been disconnected
2nd Sept
22 Sept
26 Sept
10 Oct
13 Oct
24 Oct

so we are looking at 3 full service failures a month on average over 2 months.

if taken from 22nd sept that average leaps to 4 service failures a month
OR
1 service failure a week.

please also keep in mind these are the failures i have noticed, there could be more that happen when i am not at home.

i think its fair to say that pretty shocking

Concerning the ongoing international speed issues that I am having on Frogfoot. Got a reply from Pieter.
Seems its basically a case where CI needs to build a case to convince FF...

Good day,
Apologies for the delay in feedback.
We are currently working to try pick up a pattern of customers with Similar issues on Frogfoot's network.
We do not think this case is isolated.
Please do bare with us while we try to resolve the issue at hand.
Regards

I really hope they manage to resolve it. I currently get around 10% of my line speed to international.
