Can someone log into the coolzone and see if you have the option to receive SMS notifications?

Just as a suggestion (it's prolly been mentioned before but tbh just came to this thread now) :

The first place I went when I was having issues last night was your website after doing a vuma intranet speedtest. So the sms is a good idea, but a giant red banner on the website that says "We know and are on it" would help lots

I agree with pbcool. After hours support is not worth much to me as a customer. But a status page that confirms issues or the opt-in sms system is far better.

Just fix and USE your network status page! Last thing on there is dated January 20 2017. All we need is message there that there are problems, and possibly a tweet or FB status update, and most people will understand and stop stressing.

I had to work out by looking at the traffic graph, that something was busted ...

Downrate seems better, however the uprate is still fairly poor to the London, Vodafone Speedtest peer.

Did 3 back to back tests.

Uprate will always be low to higher latency destination speedtest servers using Windows.

@PBCool You haven't changed my status on the vumatel portal to "Site Survey Pending", It is still stuck on "Pending ISP application"! Please can you adjust it? I have sent a ticket as well as an email but nothing has changed. I want my installation to be done as quickly as possible.

I hope you are well.

This morning as planned, I met with a Frog Foot representative to do a survey of the premises, my landlord and I have accepted the quote for the installation.

The representative however told me the cost for the installation only covers the installation from outside to the box.

My brother and I teach English to Chinese students online, so we need a direct cable into our computers for efficient speed, he said from the box to our computers in the rooms we have to talk to Cool Ideas to arrange installation of this.

How do we go about doing this, as I am unsure how we proceed, I stay in Stellenbosch, Jonkershoek area.

Looking forward to hearing from you Paul! :)

Sure I will escalate for you, it's usually a holdup on the contractors side.

EDIT: The order was on hold waiting for Vumatel to verify the address then release the order to us. I contacted them and they released the order to us about 30 minutes ago and I have moved it forward to site survey.

The system is supposed to verify within 3 days.
