Cool Ideas unresolved issues

I am really starting to look for a new ISP @coolideas_ZA is honestly just going down hill. There is absolutely no technical support. As I have an unresolved issue since the end of October!!
opening tickets doesn't help, and speaking to a so called senior technician doesn't help!

How does a ISP (@coolideas_ZA) close support at 8PM and not have 24/7 support!!! For a FREAKING ISP!!
Every call and every ticket logged you get a bulls***t scripted response with no actual resolution nor further investigation of the issue!

I know its a bit of a rant. but this is has become a daily issue from 20:30 to 21:10... and a issue that seams to have no resolution in sight.
 
Since this is your first post im assuming you havent had a chance to use the forum as an escalation point. The Cool Ideas reps here are pretty responsive and helpful beyond L1 boilerplate responses.

point being , why does the OP have to come here to escalate the problem ? Seems like they hiring muppets on the front desk who arent technically proficient ;):rolleyes::sneaky:
