Cops caught on camera 'executing' criminal (WARNING: GRAPHIC CONTENT)

15 years for each cop is what the radio news just said :wtf:

will they be out in a fraction of the time like a common criminal also?

hopefully so, so that they can all go make it worth their while and murder more criminals.

I heard something interesting over the weekend from a Lawyer friend.

Apparently only unedited footage is allowed in court cases and it must have a time a date stamp on it. He says these recording from what he has seen does not have the time stamp and they are edited. However this doesn't mean the originals are not in the hands of the NPA. I didn't know that, I though normal CCTV footage would suffice. Not all CCTV cameras have a time stamp do they?

I think what is more interesting is how do you exclude evidence like this when it is in the public domain ?

They can exclude it from the court but how can these guys lie and say it didn't happen when the video is on the net ? It kind of makes the validity of it in court irrelevant.

Yea, I have no idea how this will pan out. Will be pretty interesting.

The originals with time stamp are available.

Like I said earlier the NPA might have original unedited time stamped copies.
It was just a general thing I found very interesting when speaking to this friend. I didn't know that. I figured if you can see the perp and identify him in the video that is enough as evidence. But apparently it's not.

The video of the suspect shooting at the cops does not have any timestamp and seems to be a recording of a recording, eblockwatch?

How dare you say that! Poor criminals have rights don't you know? They are just victims shame don't hate them they are human beings just like you and me...vomit

Principal of innocence until proven guilty, you obviously don't believe in this. let the cops who they want, when they want, whenever they want, and then celebrate them when they do this.

Did you cheer on the 8 cops who dragged the guy behind their car as well?

Did the guy dragged behind the car shoot at the police? Did his gun get linked to various other violent crime? Go cry somewhere else

So that's a yes that you celebrated it? Or a no?
Gun linked to other crimes is irrelevant.

Not crying, just wondering if you celebrate all killings by cops or just the ones on camera?

of course it is relevant. was the gun legally his to be carried even?

you are a criminal yourself and you defend the rights of criminals.
