of course it is relevant. was the gun legally his to be carried even?
you are a criminal yourself and you defend the rights of criminals.
Can't find the story which mentions that, have you got a link?but the gun wasnt his regardless
Just checking that it wasn't being shared as the robbery that lead to the suspect being executed by a policeman. And? Criminals need to be dealt with, especially if you know 100% they are guilty, like in this case, where he just shot at you, trying to kill you. And you probably know first hand how useless the "justice system" has become.

I admitted in another thread that I smoke weed. Apparently I deserve the death penalty for that. Lol.
I dont have to but sure, he openly admitted to using illegal narcotics, thus criminal.
You don't know my views at all, so keep your jibes and assumptions to yourself.see. so easy on your ban hammer uncle mickey, i know you dont agree with my view on drugs being wrong but i am saying nothing but the truth there.

It had since been established that Mpanza's gun had been stolen from a security guard in Soweto.

Thanks. Doubt it's going to help the cops case. He wasn't presenting a danger when he was shot in the head. Even if the death penalty was legal, it still isn't SAPS job to play judge, jury and executioner.here

he also previously has illegal gun convictions also:

But are you sad about it?
He would be a threat when he gets posted bail the next day.
Just the shooting at the cops and previous convictions would probably give his bail application issues. Even if they had stopped after the second shot the law could have still been on their side. But the headshot was what really put them in the wrong.
Considering how many suspects have died in police custody, makes me wonder how many times this has happened before.
So I guess I am sad, that some of the police are as lawless as the criminals.
And people getting accused of supporting criminals when they are doing the same thing is sadly ironic.
But are you sad that he is dead?
