CPA and SA cell and fixed line operators

Read afticle in todays Weekend Post citing all operators agreements/contracts as not being compliant. A threat of a fine was issued, R1m or 10% TO. All contracts will be rewritten to become in line with the CPA in the next month. Expect some surprises.

They need to start enforcing this act. Vodacom especially need to have their asses handed to them. Getting sick....no wait I am way past that.

These agreements were legally binding and a fine of R1 million or 10 percent of annual turnover could be imposed if they were breached.
