I just upgraded my machine and got the AMD Phenom II X4 965 BE.

I noticed that the CPU temp is running between 50-60 Degrees, is this okay?

If not, any recommendations on a good CPU cooler.

50 - 60 is normal on the stock cooler. Max temp is around 67 I think, although its best not to go over 60. I use the cooler master V8 on my 955, works very well. Have a slight overclock on it and it doesnt go over 44, idles around 26. It is a very big cooler though, you must check your case dimensions first to see if it will fit (do this with any cooler you look at). The Zalman CNPS10X Extreme and Tuniq Tower 120 Extreme are also good IMO. Depends on your budget and case size.
Oh, good reviews here, checkthe top ten list for AMD CPUs as well. Just note that they dont test it on an actual CPU, but on their custom heater so that all reviews are using the exact same setup.

I'm using the Coolermaster Gemini II whith 2 120mm fans, littlebit too much but cools Ram and Motherboard around chip as well, don't see temps above 45 with only one fan running.
One fan running from Motherboard and other from controller. But due to the physical size first check case as you'll need a big case.

Or you could just get a cheap hyper tx2 or tx3...

or you could just get a Corsair H50

priced right and leaves you with a big smile :D

I got a 965 and a H50... so I should know ;)
