With payday being too far away I couldn't take up any of the specials.

If you guys want to get hold of a few other games (Rockstar Pack + a few others) you must go to the steam store using your browser and an american proxy.
They have a few games we don't get access to.
All you need to do is change your billing address to USA and pick a state. New York, ZIP code: 10001.

I've noticed that as well and I don't like it. Then again I have all the older GTAs

I bought EVE Online last night. Playing now and enjoying it. Can't wait to see their next list of specials.

I'm not sure how long these specials will last for, but they're updated 7pm (our time) every night.

What do you mean "couldn't" ? The specials are running until 4 July . With an "extra" special every day for the day only.

Well the single day ones from the past few days like GTA IV add-on games and Left 4 Dead 2.

no EA specials though, those specials happened just before the summer sale, got mirrors edge in that period, loving the summer sale so far.
