I had to add an American Proxy IP into my browsers proxy settings.
I couldn't use any of those websites like Ninja Proxy because they don't allow flash scrips i think.
Not sure what hotspotshield is :p
 
...nope billing account with paypal needs to be US tried it and can't use my mastercard.
 
yeah, this is a headache, I need to get my US paypal account verified again with a US card to do this in future, not worth it.
 
I don't have any relatives in the US, but I do in Germany. Got them to purchase GTAIV for me. Had to change my billing address to Germany otherwise it wouldn't work.
 
I want to gift from my US account to my SA account... but I think I will get my US paypal verified again, I was unable to use it for a while since I need to get another virtual US card.
 
Get the complete THQ pack, Dawn of War 1 + 2 with all expansions included. Company of Heroes with expansions also included, one of my favorite games. I see the pack is now back at $99, got it yesterday for $50. Link
