CRC Errors - 20mb VDSL

In my previous residence 3 streets away (same suburb, same exchange) much further away from the exchange i could only get 6MB ADSL, and my online gaming was excellent. Now much, much closer to the exchange on a 20MB VDSL i have online ping issues when gaming to Europe servers every single night.

I can understand if this is due to congestion at the exchange but why did i not experience congestion at my previous residence as well, there i could game at any time without an issue at 209MS, now i have 300MS+ and lots of spikes, i am guessing it is due to the CRC errors? I have tried 4 different ISPs with the same result (WebAfrica Capped\Uncapped, Crystal Web Extreme Capped, Axxess Capped and Afrihost Capped).

Would down grading to a slower ADSL service give me a more stable connection? (or even going to 40MB? lol)

I have been telling Telkom my problem for over 4-5 Months now and always i am told my line is in perfect condition.

Line stats, FEC errors are normally 0, but CRC errors climb all the time, any advice?

Your SNR is not very good.

Hi Pure Acid. If I read your stats correctly, then your downstream SNR is only 0,87 dB. It should be at least 6 dB. And your attenuation is a mere 2,28 dB which means the length of your copper wire to the exchange is only 165 metres long. Is that possible?
