West Indies cricket has become a joke. They aren't even going to make the World Cup.

Once the dominant force in World cricket, it's pretty sad what they have become. Their demise seems to have coincided with more money flowing into the game so board stuff-ups are probably a big reason behind it.

TBF, Zim currently have a solid middle-order and a decent attack. They are in their best state now in ages. Especially if Williams or Raza gets going, they are capable of being competitive against any country.

Mathematically yes , in reality it is highly unlikely.
They carry no points through to the super sixes while both Zim&Sri Lanka will take 2 wins forward.
WI will need to win by big margins their 3 games and hope one of Zim or Sri Lanka totally fluffs their lines.

They don't deserve to be in the WC. It's really sad because they have some really talented players and we can hope that their board uses this as a massive wake-up call they need, but I'm not entirely optimistic at all.

It was evident even during Lara's days that this was going to happen.

T20 has also harmed them because their better players will be even more tempted to just ditch the team and play in leagues, even more so than Proteas players.

There is not a T20 competative league that does not have SA players in it.
 
The current WI players and board are ruining the legacy of the West Indies.

Honestly, they may as well dissolve the team and make them play as individual countries (Jamaica, Barbados etc).
 
How many of the teams in the Super Six will qualify for the CWC?
