Cricket: International Discussion Thread

Don't know how much rain there was but the ground is in very good condition. Was expecting the ball to get wet after a couple trips across the outfield and not spin or swing...instead Woakes is still making it talk.

England in pole position with that wicket of Smith.

What did I miss, has England been caught sand papering the ball?
Got 3 early wickets out of a substituted ball, but I don't know that it would have made a difference. Well done to England for the match, though the way they carry on you'd think they won the series and have the Ashes.

Respect to Broad from Warner during the walk-off.

Fair result in the end.
England fought back really well. Will regret not picking woakes for the first 2 tests.
Aus will have big regrets. Being 2-0 up it was their best chance to win in 20 years.

I reckon that would have happened if the rain stayed away at the Manchester test.

Well done to Auz for the retaining the Ashes.
Well done to England for the entertainment and always pushing for a result during the series.

Thank you Broady for your service over the years.

I think England will have the biggest regrets.

Forget about the rained out Manchester Test when England where in the pound seats.

I think,
1. The early declaration on the first day of the series.
2. Bairtsow's dumb brain fart moment "run out".

Will be regretted by England.
