That was a match SL should have won. Tossed it away with some inept spells. Malinga looks woefully out of touch with his game.

Windies making a good fist of their chase. Need 184 runs in 51 overs with 8 wickets in hand. Hopefully they go for it and don't settle for a draw.

Windies inching ever closer. 35 in a minimum of 12 overs and England are doing all they can to see them across the line. Cook just dropped Hope at 1st slip when he was on 106. Hope incidentally, becomes the first ever batsman in the 127 years of cricket at Headingly to score a 100 in each innings of a first class match. Fascinating stuff!!

Busy watching it... exciting game. Hope they will make it over the line (WI that is)

According to the commentator there's still Hope. :p

Quite an amazing effort from the Windies. Some very old records broken by that duo.

Exceptional win by the WI.

Don't think anyone would have thought they would bat their hearts out like this. 17 years since they last won a test in England.

Plunged into darkness by the Prince of Darkness (aka Eskom). So missed the end of the match :(

Very happy for the Windies. Watching the highlights and quite amazing to see how dark it was. Artificial lights were allowed where it wouldn't have been if it were in S.A..

Sporting declaration by Root set it up. Kudos to both teams for making it a great fifth day's cricket.
