CRICKET SA vs England

Failander with another below international level performance.

Yip Philander = fail. At least Albie may have hit a few 6s, and he's a far better bowler. Also some questionable captaincy from Kallis. Right now I just hope that they hang onto the #2 position, so I don't really mind the next game being rained out. Don't think I can stomach any more crap performances anyway.

Yip very disappointing result. Our boys are looking decidedly ordinary which is very sad.... They playing mickey mouse cricket these days...Go figure...

Also, what the **** is with our batting lineup? Only 5 front line batsmen.

I won't even start with our bowling... as for the number of times we've been run out this series. Makes you wonder, what, if any coaching is actually going on. Even our brilliant fielding has been standard.

The whole ****ing organisation needs a wakeup.

I have heard rumours that PDV visited the Proteas in England so they contracted the Springbok virus. They will perform in the last game just to save some face or prove "something" (Unless the game is/was bought).

ooooh... Nasty... Rugby and cricket are sort of the last bastion of pride for most Saffers so yes, we won the test series but no, we not satisfied with losing this one day series in this sort of fashion. We've been beaten and beaten badly, it's humiliating and one would imagine there would need to be some sort of accountability from the management/coaching staff/mickey mouse...

England prior to the one day series were ranked 7th in one day cricket, we are 2nd, we should be handing them their a55es and not the other way around...

I think england needed a captain with the kind of personality that KP has, he brings alot of confidence and alot of arrogance to the table which should be a great thing for england.

Damn we are not looking good in the ODI dept.

Lol, why can't we ever have a Good test side AND a Good ODI side? :p

Heard Biff and Nel are not talking because of a little tiff.

Good to see Gibbs amongst the runs again, and Amla is looking good (he must just learn to foooooooking run when gibbs calls YES!).

Hope A.morkel recovers soon and I hope Kallis regains form quickly.

Reminded me of a certain World Cup Semi-Final. :(

IMO, the reason for our of failure in this series has been the fact that the out of form players in the team have been exposed badly. And without the match winning performances from Smith, Steyn, etc, that we have had in recent ODIs, a team effort is needed. And that simply is just not happening. Gibbs' great performance yesterday was not backed up by the other batsmen.

But now at least, a light has been shed on the problem, and the coaching staff can somehow sort it out.

Yep, I agree with that.

I think that the first step that needs to be taken is to fire anyone in the team who name rhymes with "Ilander".
