Cricket: Test Cricket

The only thing that will save SA is rain or an Aussie collapse on the scale of our very own. Dale and Makaya need to skittle the Aussie middle order tomorrow afternoon in the final session. If OZ are 280 odd for 6 at the close tomorrow with an over all lead of 380 we down and dusted. If we can knock them over for around 200-260 overall lead of 320-360 we still in with a shout, anything lead over 380 and we going to battle...
 
Either way, tomorrow should make for great days cricket.

Thew boys will be hurting at opportunities lost, and will realise only an incredible display could give them a hope.

I expect the aussies to be better aswell.

Shocking display by us in the final overs. We were so close to winning the day.

Wow I go for lunch and they messed up!
I was gonna post that they need to survive the day and keep wickets for tomorrows session.... too late now....

If Aus scores 250 tomorrow which they will, thats a deficit of 350+...
Just shows, Aus controls the game, if you complacent at any point you lose!

Just had a look at the list.
24 times a team has scored 300+ in the 4th innings and won the test.
46 times they scored 300 and lost
Almost 2000 tests have been played.

This probably won't be a draw.

England had to leave because they couldn't get a ship back to England for a month or something.
 
Pathetic from our boys today. I can't understand how ab and kallis didn't leave those balls. Its well known that Johnson doesn't have an inswinger. Very disappointed.
 
It sux thats all I can say. We were getting on top of them and then boom we all fall down .... under...

Yeah it was pretty disappointing watching the batsmen capitulate like that. We've seen it more than once the last couple of seasons, horrid!!! They sometimes perform like a bunch of part timers and that can only be cause they train like a bunch of part timers. I really wonder about the work ethic of the likes of Graeme, Jacque and Mark under the guidance of Mickey"mouse"Arthur...
