SA are very rusty ATM, particularly the bowlers and I fear the worst when we go down under. AUS just came off a heavy defeat, which will probably make them want to destroy us even more than they already do.

Problem is we just came back from a long break and are rusty, whereas AUS have been playing for a while. Probably not the best time to be playing them. We need real practice or risk performing the worst against AUS this time around...

I do agree that we are rusty and should have played against some stronger teams. Also some of our players will be playing in an indian tournament just before the tour, and on top of that we are only playing one warm up game in Aus before the series starts

Our bowling looks a bit thin. Only 4 full timers and 1 all rounder... But the pitch was requested to be a green monster IIRC, thus we will 10 -1 need only the 4 pace men.

Yep, it shows that they're taking the game seriously.
Should be on 330 /3 by close though.
Still 66 overs left to get around 270 runs.
(Unless Kallis bats for a long time)

Or... they could try and bat at 4 per over and bat for 1.5 days and post a massive total and wrap up the game in a few days. Seriously, if they don't improve over the next few days, the Aussies are gonna cream them.
