Cryptocurrency Mining

Hey everyone sorry to double post - but looking for a Ledger Nano S to safely store my BTC for this Segwit2x (because no replay protection). Anyone know of store in SA selling these? There is a Digiwallets SA - but can't find any reviews.. Any help appreciated, thank you. Amazon possible but customs can be a pain

I actually noticed that my second pool (zpool) was mining a bunch today. Nicehash must have been down or out of sorts.

Further to this, any users making use of Bitgo concerned about the fork? I have a sum in there, not sure if it warrants a withdrawal just because of this.

Otherwise I'll need to hop on the Ledger Nano S bandwagon too.

Might not be the worst thing, I suppose. Can pull out my Ripple then too.

Outside people buying in. Marketcap as a whole is moving up. Crypto volume might exceed 200 billion soon. Hope this pushes btc to 10k January
 
I've been out of the mining game for a while now and just want to find out how much ROI I can look at for a rig that does 200MH/s on 1000W mining ETH.

Hard to get that done I use 900watt for 167mh.

At 167mh I get around 8 dollars a day.
 
I've been looking at bitmart website (Bitmain you can only pay with BTC now) and there seem to be a few different miners for sale. Basically my question is what is the best one to go for in the R65k range and if it is still worth it? What would my "real world" profit be per day/month?

Also what is the best "currency" to mine now? I know about BTC and ETH - are those still relevant to mine?

I will put it away somewhere in the corner and let it run 24/7 (if that is a good idea).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Dash is stuffed so unless another x11 coin rises thats a waste. I would go with two L3plus and a s9. Earning s have been consistent with increases for a long time. I am looking to get two L3plus to boost mining portfolio.

Thanks for the reply.

@x L3plus will be R130k... I am looking at spending around R65k so could get one L3plus or is that not worth it?

Do I need to run the L3plus and s9 together for it to work or can I just run one of them? Sorry for all the questions.
