Crystal Web does not get back to you!

I applied for a fiber feasibly study on April 21st. Up until now nobody from Crystal web has bothered to get back to me!
Even after sending 4 emails to inquire about the status of the study they have not come back to me.

Now I see a lot of MBB users showering Crystal Web with praise and can not understand how this is possible if they can't even reply to an email.
 
I am a happy CW customer, but my experience has also been that they do not respond as much as their general focus on customer support should warrant.
 
I signed up with them this morning and it was all sorted in like 20 minutes.

Maybe you ended up in the SPAM box?

I tried the Live Chat and the person told me that they don't work in that department and can't help me, sorry...

Please tell me how else do you get their attention?

I agree with you. I also know from previous threads about them, your thread will be trolled into irrelevance by the fanbois.

Why not here? As this is where the customer had to resort to because the official channels were not working?
