Couldn't get live chat working on their site, it just wasn't there in Chrome or IE. In fact, in IE their site was just about unusable.

First time I looked for live chat I also found it hard to find - when I eventually did, I "doh'd" myself.....

Look in the lower right corner, it's so obvious, that it isn't (once you find it you'll know what I mean)

Did you figure out what the problem was then?

Works fine for me on IE, FF, Chrome, Opera and Safari

I suspect it is the Zopim chat client that they are using, think one of the plugins on my work PC stops it from activating due to the tracking it does.
 
I can second this. I applied for a 450gb Capped Account online yesterday after using the free account and seeing that it was stable. I only got a reply email this morning, after I had opened up an account with WebAfrica. How am I suppose to close this account with Crystal Web? I have sent many emails but no reply and there is no contact number for them..?

I honestly dont understand the point of a forum rep if the forum is not considered an "official channel"

rather delete your account, and force people to use your "official channels"

Unfortunately I am not a billing agent, I work in the support department therefore I cannot answer billing related questions.

Also due to the fact that we do not man these forums all day, We answer queries on here as and when we can. It makes sense however for basic queries to be answered via Official channels where Clients can get an answer immediately, More advanced queries that get asked on here, We ask for their details to be PM'd to us and answer the queries via email or ticket thereafter.

Is there maybe something I can assist you with, Are you experiencing any issues with your Crystal Web Account perhaps?

You spreading your options for support channels and it confuses your users, clearly. Just look at how many times you have to repeat yourself in your "official (?) crystal web feedback forum, telling users not to log issues there but rather via the correct channels.

Nothing you can help me with, I'm trying to help YOU. I just think that you making life difficult for yourselves.

The point of the forum rep is to direct the idjits to the official channels.
