That sounds like the default state for an ADSL line. I know that because after the telscum techie came to fix my line, it connected at default 2Mbps. He phoned a call centre person to change the profile back to 4Mbps, maybe that action still needs to take place on your line to restore your fibre/VDSL to the correct profile.
I know the Telkom dude said he was moving me to Interleave, but line has been stable on fast path for like a long time. He is now basically saying my line is not stable?

You go to the new portal and lookup your new router name and password under the services side tab.

Once you click on your service description on the left, you see a miniscule icon on the right hand side that allows you to change the password as well.

Amazing that you have to explain it, since the email is self-explanatory.
Um no...i know that. The poster above asked if he must change the router Settings. I asked to what, assuming its something else besides your new credentials

The best part about that email was the attention to detail that CW has been displaying lately.

please ensure that you do so before Sunday 09 April 2018.

Yep, can't even load in to the training room in Overwatch due to how well they have dealt with the DDoS situation.

Time to download the moer out of this account.

I had to VPN into work yesterday...was unstable as hell on CW network. Was dropping every 8-13 minutes. Had to switch to a 1gb account from VoX. Needless to say it worked perfectly on VoX.

Good news however is that CPE got installed yesterday. One step closer to ditching this ISP. Cancellation is in but I've not seen movement on it yet.

Okay, so straight up, I think those of us on Cape Town are having our traffic routed to JHB then down.

Currently finding out from their live support if I can remain on an IS based account or if all customers will be moved to EVO.

Correct, same problem as a CapeTown user ;( (Strange, it seems to be routing through FrogFoot, a WesternCape based company o_O)
And now, it seems that we all are to be moved to EvoNet away from IS ;(

Did CW just die for anybody else?

Edit:
and it is back.

I was told this morning by the Livechat SupportWarrior that CapeTown should be better in about a week's time,....
/me tapping feet and wondering

Another week is close to the cut-off date to cancel this month.

I have had it with this ISP.

Can't even watch a video on Twitch. Current download speed is less than 2Mb/s
