Just submitted my cancellation now.

Was with CW for years on their capped product, with barely any issues until now.

Moving to Vox, hope it will be better. I see the equivalent package is much cheaper than what I was paying at CW as well.
 
As much as I enjoy free time, I think if this isn't resolved asap, I'm going to cancel as well.

Why the hell did they even move into partnership with Evonet?

Did mine on my phone, so shouldn't give you issues.

Literally just followed the link per post #2341 above.

You just need your name, email you registered with and CW account username.

I haven't got the confirmation email yet though. Will follow up with live chat tomorrow to confirm my cancellation went through and there are no issues.
 
I really dont smaak to go to another ISP ryt now UGH. its sucha mission. My line is with CW too. so i cancel it now, then my nets is gna be down for a whole month. Octotel is trenching fibre by us this month, so hopefully in July il have fibre, ima stick it out till then. CW please dont fail me !!!! let me play games assemblief

Best not to try over a CW connection (coz of the issues).

I did mine on my phone over mobile data.
 
OK, I've also cancelled. Tenants complaining, family complaining. I hope CW gets to the bottom of this crap, they deserve to succeed based on their intentions and first few years.

Up on cool ideas now. D3 is playable.

I thought Vuma requires the old ISP to shelve the service before another ISP can take the line...? How did you get CW to shelve it before end of month (which their terms and conditions state)?

Nah you won't have any down time if you cancel and move, I recently cancelled my parent's line to migrate to another service and there was no down time at all.

Yeh correct. My line is with CW, and I think tomorow I'm going to ask them to move my line back into the holding pool.

Downgrade to the smallest package and buy a Vox/other ISP data account to hold you over?
