Just submitted my cancellation now.
Was with CW for years on their capped product, with barely any issues until now.
Moving to Vox, hope it will be better. I see the equivalent package is much cheaper than what I was paying at CW as well.
How did you submit this cancellation. Could you guide me pls?

OK, I've also cancelled. Tenants complaining, family complaining. I hope CW gets to the bottom of this crap, they deserve to succeed based on their intentions and first few years.

I really dont smaak to go to another ISP ryt now UGH. its sucha mission. My line is with CW too. so i cancel it now, then my nets is gna be down for a whole month. Octotel is trenching fibre by us this month, so hopefully in July il have fibre, ima stick it out till then. CW please dont fail me !!!! let me play games assemblief
Via the vuma portalI thought Vuma requires the old ISP to shelve the service before another ISP can take the line...? How did you get CW to shelve it before end of month (which their terms and conditions state)?

Yeh correct. My line is with CW, and I think tomorow I'm going to ask them to move my line back into the holding pool.Nah you won't have any down time if you cancel and move, I recently cancelled my parent's line to migrate to another service and there was no down time at all.
