Internet is finally restored. Will monitor it for next few days to see if I can hold out till fibre is installed or not.

Did they post some kind of notice? I didn't see anything, and it's been intermittent over the last 2 days, so unless they prove they've actually done something right for once, I'm not believing it.

I am judging my end. I didn't seen any notice. Internet had been intermittent to totally dead since yesterday but been stable for last hour and a half.

Ya it finally seems like it's come right now - but the real question is for how long?

So wtf is this Podio bs from CW about my cancellation :wtf: I'm not signing up to some rubbish to 'track my cancellation', nope. Ugh.

Yep issues started again. Gonna look at Vox, they have some May promotions running. Maybe this is my chance to move from Openserve to Vuma and get some reasonably priced uncapped.

You have to be insane to be on open swerve if vuma is available

Agreed.

Unfortunately only Openserve was in the area at the time we got fibre and Vuma came along nearly 2 years later - I really didn't want to pay all the install costs again and CW's midnight to 6pm free time practically functioned as an uncapped account on the Openserve line. But now with the issues it's time to move on.

Cancellation done yesterday. CW started off very well, but there are more competitive options available at the moment. I really can't continue paying a premium for a service which sometimes works. GL people.

Just spoke to Support about this as well. They said it can be ignored as long as the cancellation form has been submitted.

ah I was about to jump on and ask them, saved me the trouble, heh .... thanks for the feedback man ;)
No problem.

I'll probably keep following up during the month as Support Impi advised that Billing will only reach out to confirm closer to the time re: the cancellation if there's an issue.
