and back to Int packet loss we go with nothing on AH ...... KZN only again I wonder. Getting kinda over anything IS to be honest.
 
Gaming went to pot last night around 19:00 again to EU servers.

Speeds are also erratic. YouTube performance is a joke. Getting fed up with this. Downgrading account speed since I'm not getting what I'm paying for anyway.

Also having to continuously log tickets with ZERO follow up from support agents is really a slap in the face. I've had my issue escalated (apparently) 3 times last week to level 2 support with zero communication from anyone on that end.

Your support is showing serious cracks CW.


OH - and zero issues on my alternate AH account. Still have to test if these issues are on VoX or not.
 
Yeah the escalation (apparently) thing with no feedback gets to me too. Major slippage in the CS area and customers are getting irritated. I realise it's once again an IS thing but relate to us ffs.

so fscking tired of getting the same parrot bullshyte when I contact support. Shaun needs to be made aware of this, enough is enough
 
Parent's haven't been complaining so it might only be affecting certain regions, or they're so fed up they went back to reading newspapers....
 
I'll put money on PE and CT being fine as usual :p Thank the stars for AH behaving, at least I can game - 11% loss compared to the 0.1% on AH, lol.

I don't get packet loss, but my pings have spiked (almost double and more) to EU and London servers. I was always getting 150-ish rock solid. Now It's around 270 - 320.

Hate it.

Yeah. If I'm at home I'll run an MTR same address/time when you post an issue here, have you done the same MTR on a WebAfrica account as it's also an IS backbone.
 
Nice, will switch back to CW in a bit and check it out. KZN needs to shape up :(
 
I haven't followed this these posts for a while, but my service has definitely degraded in the last two weeks or so.

Haven't been gaming a lot lately, but streaming is definitely not what it used to be.

ADSL , Kirkwood, Eastern Cape
 
Speed limit to 1.2 mb/s normal 4 MB/s this shows the account is sharped this happen every evening the last 2 weeks is starting normal speed this is with download manager

Webafrica is 3.2 mb/s

I've been pretty happy with CW since I switched...
Currently on 20Mbps VDSL. with a 150GB cap, and hardly ever get close to that because of their day time no meter, only 18:00-0:00

Would be nice if CW does upgrades now and then of say their speed packages like Telkom does, everyone on package X moves up to Y at the same rate, grin grin...

That's pretty much Openserve (Telkom) wholesale that does those line speed upgrades.

ISP's don't have control over it.
