Speeds from speedtests seem to be fluctuating. Netflix has been running fine, I guess it gets priority on the network. Streaming from other sources like Reddit is choppy though.
Wasn't aware there was any "work" being done or an outage till I checked here. For the most part, the internet's okay here in Cape Town, for me at least.

. And keep in mind that your customers, loyal or otherwise really like being informed when there's a degradation in service. I know that these things aren't always easy categorize or identify and you'd rather not tell customers x broke when it isn't really conclusive.
It might be worth looking into your operational processes and looking at customer and internal communication strategy.
